Brendan Carty is again returning to CWF to show fans what he has hidden away in his warehouse, on the side of the Mourne Mountains in Co Down.

Killowen smoke their own malt using local turf, in a wee shed onsite. This boutique distillery may be small in scale, but makes up for it in huge flavours.

This masterclass is a delve into Brendan’s archive of peated pot still Irish whiskey, something that still quite unique in the world of Irish whiskey.
