We will welcome Head Distiller Oisín Mulcahy for an exploration of Experimental Casks that are quietly maturing on Galley Head, just outside Clonakilty on the West Cork coast.

They grow their own grain on the family farm on Galley Head, that has spent it’s life being coated with briny seaspray, which purportedly gives their whiskey a salty character.

Michael Scully founded Clonakilty Distillery in the heart of Clonakilty town in 2016, in an old bank building, and has built Clonakilty Distillery into an internationally loved brand.
