Midleton Distillery’s Method & Madness brand was born from the ‘Micro Distillery’ in Midleton.

It is the mad scientist’s workshop where micro distillery Head Distiller Barrett Stapleton, is the latest in a long line of young distillers who are given loose reins to create amazing whiskeys that don’t fit into the core ranges of Jameson, Powers, Redbreast or Midleton whiskeys.

In this masterclass, we will dive into the depths of the Method & Madness warehouses, exploring their mashbills and distillation techniques.

You can expect a stellar range of double distilled or obscure casked whiskeys.

You can expect to be wowed.

You can expect the unexpected.
